Clara Belle Williams 94, of Sandusky, formerly of Monroeville, Ohio, passed peacefully and went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on February 18, 2026. She was born October 29, 1931, in Oxford Township, Monroeville, Ohio.
She was a 1951 graduate of Monroeville High School. She was employed by New Departure Hyatt Bearings, GM Division, where she retired in 1985, after 30 years of service.
She loved her family so very much and absolutely loved spending time with them. She was the best Mother and Nana to her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed crafting, sewing, reading, and most of all dancing with her sweetheart on Friday nights at the Moose Lodge. She was so warm and friendly; it’s fair to say that she never met a stranger in her life.
She is survived by her son, Mark (Annette) Williams of Attica, Ohio; 14 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many other special people.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Carlos R. (Curly)Williams; her sons, Daniel L., Milo H. II, Timothy R., and Randall D. Williams; her parents, Elmer J. and Stella B. (Ritzenthaler) Turner; brothers, John C. and Elmer R. Turner; sisters, Myrtle Turner, Kathryn V. (Turner) Viock, and Stella D. (Turner) Lierenz.
Private family services will take place to celebrate Clara’s life.
Burial will take place at Riverside Cemetery, Monroeville, Ohio at a later date.
Pfeil Funeral Home, Monroeville Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
